Corporate Wellbeing

You and your team are invited to explore breathwork with me, designed to reduce stress, lower cortisol, increase cognitive performance, and improve mental and emotional wellbeing.

Why? Because the science is clear: when people feel calm, connected, and mentally and emotional resilient- they perform better. Brains function better, performance increases and morale is heightened.

By supporting the wellbeing of your team, you’re not just caring for individuals, you’re laying the foundation for a stronger, more committed workforce that drives your mission forward.

Why prioritise your employee mental heath and wellbeing?

1. Improved Productivity & Performance

It has been shown that companies which prioritise employee mental health and wellbeing see higher productivity than those that promote a constant "grind" culture. Rested employees perform better. Mental fatigue and burnout significantly reduce concentration, decision-making, and creativity.

2. Reduced Absenteeism and Turnover

Employees suffering from poor mental health are more likely to take unplanned sick days or leave the company prematurely, supporting wellbeing reduces burnout, which is one of the leading causes of high turnover—expensive and disruptive for organisations.

3. Stronger Company Culture and Morale

Prioritising employee wellbeing shows that they are valued as human beings, not just as labor. This in turn cultivates loyalty, engagement, and a positive workplace culture—making teams more cohesive and collaborative. Communication becomes more effective and rapport amongst the team increases.

Beyond profits, companies have a social and ethical responsibility to care for the people who drive their success. Treating employees with respect and empathy reflects corporate values that stakeholders, customers, and investors increasingly expect. Investing time, space and interest in the health and wellbeing of your team will not only benefit them, but create a stronger workforce for your vision.

These workshops are designed to be accessible, engaging, and immediately impactful, with no prior experience required.

Here is what you can expect:

1. In the beautiful yoga studio at Saunassa Nordic Spa, nestled in the heart of Newquay, we begin our workshop with a moment to land, get comfortable and ease into an introduction of how the breath affects the nervous system, focus, and stress levels.

2. I transition into guiding the participants through a powerful 30 minute long breathwork practice and we'll then ease into a deeply nourishing sound bath and meditation to deepen your journey and to drop you into grounding and restoration.

3. Once our journey is complete I then open up the space and facilitate interpersonal connection and communication around what we have all just experienced, as breathwork can bring about deep and emotional journeys and a period of integration is greatly beneficial.

Your team will leave more connected to each other, with a clearer mind, a calmer body, and practical tools they can carry into their everyday routines.
