I'd love to hear from you!
I'd love to hear from you!
Working in the super yacht industry comes with a unique set of pressures and pain points that are often difficult to explain to anyone outside of it. With 7 years of firsthand experience onboard, I have a solid understanding of what shapes daily life in the industry and the struggles that come with it. I understand what it means to live and work in the same confined space, with little privacy and constant pressure to perform. The long contracts, time away from family and friends, and the expectation to consistently deliver at a high standard can take a significant emotional toll. In an environment where there is often little room for error and job security can feel uncertain, stress and anxiety can quickly build.
There are aspects of the industry that are rarely spoken about openly, working in highly confidential settings with elite clients, navigating complex crew dynamics, and at times being exposed to challenging situations such as substance use, coercion, or blurred personal and professional boundaries. These experiences can feel isolating, and it’s not always easy to find a safe space to process them.Alongside my lived experience, my clinical training allows me to support crew in a way that is both grounded and professional. I understand not only the environment you’re in, but also how it impacts your mental health, relationships, and sense of self over time.
My approach is calm, confidential, and tailored to the realities of life onboard, offering you a space to talk openly, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel supported without judgement.
